Orders can be made online via our secure server . Please note all information remains confidential.

you want and we will contact you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.

Pricing

All pricing at Tiny People is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. If ordering outside of Australia please use our currency converter. The GST will be deducted at checkout.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards, cheque, money order and direct deposit. Goods will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.

Security

Our site uses an "GEOTRUST" SSL encrypted order form. This means that your order details (such as your credit card number) are encrypted while being transferred from your browser to our web server. We will then debit your credit card based on the order total amount.

Deliveries and Shipping

Deliveries within Australia

All orders once processed will be sent either by courier or registered mail This ensures your parcel is insured. Allow between 3 – 7 working days. Please add $12.00 for postage. All orders over $150.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Deliveries International

All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Allow between 7 – 14 business days Please add $25.00 for postage. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

All items at Tiny People are checked and packaged with care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged / broken in transit contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement. Faulty Goods can be returned with labels intact for an exchange or refund.

Returns / Exchanges

Tiny People would like you to feel confident in ordering online, so if you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange. Exchanges will be given if the item is unused, unworn and with all labels intact. All items exchanged will incur an extra delivery charge. There are no refunds or exchange on sale items. Tiny People apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.

Trademarks

Tiny People is a Trademark and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Tiny People, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Tiny People. All other trademarks not owned by Tiny People that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners.
