Coco and Ginger is named after designer Saffron and her partner Simons' little girls. Based Bali for the last seven years, they have watched their family grow up amongst the coconut trees and Hindu ceremonies. With Simon working as a chef, Saffron has put her artistic background into producing the Coco and Ginger label.
Produced on a very small scale...they source unique and limited fabrics and work with a small group of artisans. They live and work with a fair pay policy and have a female run collective of women do all their amazing hand stitching with extra money helping to send children to school and allowing women to stay at home while earning. |
