frazier&wing studio was established in 2006 by designer/artist Heather Frazier with the goal of starting a small business that would allow her creative freedom and flexibility. All of the products offered here are handmade to order by Heather in her studio. The frazier&wing aesthetic is modern, colorful, and a little bit quirky.
The studio is located in Portland, Oregon where Heather lives in a sweet house with her husband and daughter. She brings to this current venture many years of experience in the art, design, and retail fields. frazier & wing mobiles are constructed using carefully selected imagery from recycled magazine pages. Each two sided element is hand cut and strung with monofilament. Four strands of multi shaped, oval, or flower elements hang from a thin plexiglass disc. Each mobile is a handmade labor of love taking up to eight hours to construct. |
