Stephanie DosReis is a painter, designer and mixed media artist who graduated with a BFA in textile design from the University of Massachusetts. She is most comfortable sitting on the floor in front of a canvas, surrounded by numerous tubes of paint, messy stacks of paper, thrifted fabric and plenty of vintage found objects. She is continually inspired by nature and life‚s everyday simplicities. She currently lives in Providence, RI with her husband, son, two goldfish, one lumpy dog and two ridiculous doves whose combined intelligence wouldn't power a small light bulb. |
