This website is operated by Tiny People Pty Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Tiny People. Tiny People offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user. Use of this site indicates acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions.

Order acceptance

The automated order confirmation email received after lodging an order with us is not a guarantee of sale. Tiny People reserves the right to cancel your order. In this event we will notify you via return email.

 Requests for additional identification

Tiny People takes online credit card security seriously. New customers may be asked to:

1. Make payment using PayPal, a 100% guaranteed payment platform for both parties.
2. Provide additional identification, by the means of:

• A copy of the credit card used for the purchase (blocking the middle 8 digits)
• A copy of photo identification in English detailing your name and address

Following successful validation delivery will be arranged as normal. This extra security check will only be completed with first orders from new customers. 

Tiny People acknowledges that some customers may not wish to provide the above information. In this instance, orders can be finalised through Bank transfer, whether domestic or international. Please contact us to obtain the necessary information.

Delivery

Delivery time frames provided by us are estimates only. We will notify you on the day your order leaves our premises. We are not liable for delays incurred by the delivery provider.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. When inaccurate or incomplete delivery information is provider, re-delivery costs are at your expense. 

International orders

Orders may be subject to local customs or import duty. Any associated costs are at your expense. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you.

Pricing

We reserve the right to alter the pricing at any time without notice. Orders in progress, including laybys, will be charged the price at the time of ordering.

‘Offers, sales and discounts’ will not be applied retrospectively and rein-checks are not available.

All charges are processed in Australian dollars. Foreign currency values are estimates only. Final charges are determined at the time of processing. Your Bank may have additional foreign currency charges. Please enquire at your Bank for more information regarding their fees.

Pre sale

We often release collections for ‘pre sale’. This means you have purchased goods that are not currently in-store. We will communicate this via our website, in order correspondence and provide approximate delivery times.

Tiny People is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Such delays will be communicated publicly via social media and in order correspondence with you.

From time-to-time suppliers provide incomplete orders or items differ from planned production. In such instances we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a refund.

You will be charged in advance for your pre-sale unless otherwise agreed with us.

Layby

Layby is available by request and upon approval by Tiny People. A minimum order of $200 with 25% deposit is required initially and the balance must be finalised within 6 weeks. Laybys exceeding this duration without approval will be cancelled. A $40 handling fee will be charged for cancelled contracts in all instances.

Third Party Shipping

In some instances products purchased will be shipped directly to you by the brand. There is no additional fee for this service, including in the event of split shipping (goods arriving in two or more packages).

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (working days only). We will provide you with all tracking details. All sales terms remain the same and all communication will be conducted through us. Your personal information, other than a shipping address, will not be shared with the third party.

Copyright and trademark

Tiny People is a registered trademark. Therefore ‘it’ may not be used or connected to you or any party without our prior written consent by the owner. Any material on this website not owned by Tiny People is the property of the respected owner, and likewise cannot be used or copied without their written permission.

All graphics, logos, images, clips, downloads and information on this website is property of Tiny People and is protected by Australian and International copyright laws.

Competitions

Winter 2018 Brand Ambassador Search

Go in the draw to be the Winter 2018 Brand Ambassador for Tiny People. We are searching for Brand Ambassadors between the age of 3-6 months and 12years old. 6 Winners will be chosen to work with Tiny People as the faces of the Brand for the Winter 2018 Season. Entrants are to @tag @tinypeopleshop in their Instagram posts with the hashtag #TinypeopleAmbassador. 

Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion commences on 12/4/2018 at 8:00am AEST until 18/4/2018 at 6:00pm AEST, Winners will be drawn via Instagram on 19/4/2018 at 7pm AEST. 
3. To enter, an entry will be acknowledged when they complete the following - Follow @tinypeopleshop on Instagram, @tag Tiny People in your instagram post with #TinyPeopleAmbassador. Only submit a photo of your own child that you have taken yourself. All entries must be received before 6:00pm AEST 18/4/2018. Tiny People Pty Ltd will recognise competition entry submissions through this medium only.
4. Tiny People Pty Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who Tiny People Pty Ltd has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by Tiny People Pty Ltd to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Tiny People Pty Ltd legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
5. Users must be the parent or guardian of the entrant and can enter unlimited times, and the winner will be selected by Tiny People that has the right styling, look, feel and representation of the brand.
6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, parent or guardian; Tiny People Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant, parent or guardian.
7. The draw will take place 19/4/2018 at 7:00pm AEST and the winners will be contacted directly by Tiny People via Instagram. Winner will be asked to email social@tinypeople.com.auwith their full contact details including postal address, and phone number. Winners will be announced on the Tiny People Instagram page.
8. If for any reason a winner does not respond within 10 days, the prize will be forfeited; and another winning entry will be drawn. The draw will take place on 1/5/2018 at 10am AEST and the winner will be notified via Instagram.
9. If any prize is unavailable or not appropriate marketing material, Tiny People Pty Ltd, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
10. Total prize pool value is valued up to $1800. There will be two (2) tier 1 major prizes to be won, two (2) tier 2 prizes to be won & two (2) tier 3 prizes to be won. 

2 winners – Major Prize, Category 1 - $500 credit to be spend on new season clothing and footwear. 

2 winners - Category 2 - 50% off any new season outfit, minimum of three pieces to be purchased, maximum spend of $400 rrp.

2 winners - Category 3 - 25% off any new season outfit, minimum of three pieces to be purchased, maximum spend of $400 rrp.

Winners are required to:

- Finalise their outfits within 5 days of winning the prize by sending an email to social@tinypeople.com.au confirming style and size.

- Create and provide image content within 14 days of receiving goods. 

- Send high res images via wetransfer.com or Dropbox.

Plus, all winners will receive an invitation to join our exclusive VIP club. 

If the products selected by the new Tiny People Ambassadors are not available or are not suitable marketing material, Tiny People has the rights to substitute product for something of the same value or specification.

There will be ten (10) secondary prizes to be won consisting of a $20 gift cards to be used online at www.tinypeople.com.au for each entrant selected by Tiny People. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code.

No cash can be redeemed from the prize amount. No store credit provided. Prizes cannot be picked up from a location; they will be posted to the nominated address.

12. Entrants consent to Tiny People Pty Ltd using their Instagram account name in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of announcing the winning entry, promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Tiny People Pty Ltd.
13. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Tiny People Pty Ltd, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Tiny People Pty Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
14. Prize will be dispatched to the address stipulated by the winner periodically, at public release, as per availability from the manufacturer.

By entering and participating, entrant agrees to hold harmless, defend and indemnify Instagram from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), losses, costs or expenses, with respect to or arising out of or related to (i) entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, or (ii) entrant’s participation in any Prize related activities, acceptance of a Prize and/or use or misuse of a Prize (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s). The prize to be chosen is to be up to and not exceeding the value of $250. The winner will be able to choose 1 outfit that consists of either, top/pants/skirt, dress or overalls that comes to the total cost of $250. If the outfit is under $250 the winner will not be gifted the difference in price.
