No fuss returns and exchanges.
Tiny People would like you to feel confident in ordering online. If you find your selection is not what you expected, the right colour or size, simply contact us within 21 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund, sale items excluded.
Sale items can be returned within 7 days for a refund or exchange.
Swimwear can be returned or exchanged providing protective stickers remain intact. Do not remove them until you are certain about your purchase.
Exchange or refund will be granted when the item is in it's original condition, ie unused, unworn and with all labels and packaging intact. Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receiving the item, you will receive email confirmation that this is complete.
All refunds will exclude shipping charges.
Out of stock items
Tiny People apologises for items that are out of stock. We will advise you immediately and allow you the opportunity to cancel your order or help with an alternative product.
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or a refund where a replacement cannot be provided.
Please note, where a faulty item claim is made and the 'designer' is deemed to not be at faulty, a credit note may be issued in the instance a a gesture of goodwill by Tiny People.
