Tiny People offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user. Use of this site indicates acceptance of all policies, terms and conditions.

Order acceptance

The automated order confirmation email received after lodging an order with us is not a guarantee of sale. Tiny People reserves the right to cancel your order. In this event we will notify you via return email.

 Requests for additional identification

Tiny People take online credit card security seriously. New customers may be asked to provide additional identification, by the means of:

  1. A copy of the credit card used for the purchase (blocking the middle 8 digits)
  2. A copy of photo identification in English detailing your name and address

Following successful validation delivery will be arranged as normal. This extra security check will only be completed with first orders from new customers. 

Delivery

Delivery time frames provided by us are estimates only. We will notify you on the day your order leaves our premises. We are not liable for delays incurred by the delivery provider.

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address. When inaccurate or incomplete delivery information is provider, re-delivery costs are at your expense.

International orders

Orders may be subject to local customs or import duty. Any associated costs are at your expense. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment or non-collection, any loss incurred by us will be on-charged to you.

Pricing

We reserve the right to alter the pricing at any time without notice. Orders in progress, including laybys, will be charged the price at the time of ordering.

‘Offers, sales and discounts’ will not be applied retrospectively and rein-checks are not available.

All charges are processed in Australian dollars. Foreign currency values are estimates only. Final charges are determined at the time of processing. Your Bank may have additional foreign currency charges. Please enquire at your Bank for more information regarding their fees.

Pre sale

We often release collections for ‘pre sale’. This means you have purchased goods that are not currently in-store. We will communicate this via our website, in order correspondence and provide approximate delivery times.

Tiny People is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control. Such delays will be communicated publicly via social media and in order correspondence with you.

From time-to-time suppliers provide incomplete orders or items differ from planned production. In such instances we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, which may include a refund.

You will be charged in advance for your pre-sale unless otherwise agreed with us.

Layby

Layby is available by request and upon approval by Tinypeople. A minimum order of $200 with 25% deposit is required initially and the balance must be finalised within 6 weeks. Laybys exceeding this duration without approval will be cancelled. A $40 handling fee will be charged for cancelled contracts in all instances.

Copyright and trademark

Tiny People is a registered trademark. Therefore ‘it’ may not be used or connected to you or any party without our prior written consent by the owner. Any material on this website not owned by Tiny People is the property of the respected owner, and likewise cannot be used or copied without their written permission.

All graphics, logos, images, clips, downloads and information on this website is property of Tiny People and is protected by Australian and International copyright laws.
